How to read this diamond colorwork chart
Each square represents one stitch in the color shown. Follow the directions beneath the grid:
- Start with Row 1 at the bottom right, then move upward.
- Read odd rows from right to left and even rows from left to right.
- Use the outside numbers to find row and stitch positions.
- Numbers inside squares count consecutive stitches of one color, restarting at 1 after each color change.
